Wayuto is a service that aggregates and displays events on a public map. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is provided by Yarigai, Société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (SASU) with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 105 203 046, whose registered office is at 8 rue Frida Kahlo, 93400 Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France ("we", "us"). Wayuto lets you discover events near you or around given coordinates, and lets organisers list events. Some events come from third-party sources (e.g. Ticketmaster, OpenAgenda, Instagram posts mentioning our account). We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that information is complete, accurate or current. Always confirm details (date, venue, price, availability) with the organiser or ticket seller before travelling or purchasing.
Some features require an account. You may sign in with email or through a third-party identity provider (Google or Facebook). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough under the law of your country to form a binding contract.

If you submit an event, you represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content and that it is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service. We may refuse, edit, or remove any content at our discretion, including inaccurate content or content that breaches these terms.
The service may display third-party content and link to external sites (e.g. ticket sellers). We do not control and are not responsible for such content or services. Any purchase or interaction with a third party is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.
The service, the Wayuto name, its logo, and its software are owned by us or used under licence. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that event information will be accurate or complete.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from decisions made based on displayed event information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (user menu → Privacy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Our handling of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. Any significant change will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the revised terms.
